Love, Color, Glass, and Light

Color can make you feel ..

Candles can set a mood for any room, day or night. But night is when it all comes together..

We all have favorite colors..ever wonder why?

Not too sure myself..

I think everyone likes every color they can see...maybe its just how they are arranged or presented..or what they represent in an individual life. Deep stuff fer sure..

but I'm likin' this green!

That does come from my past though. New Hampshire roots..most of the time surrounded in green..

but then there's blue..!

What do these colors make you feel?

When I put this one together, I was thinking of sand and desert-y things. so, yellow (sun) red (heat), clear (wind,water (at a resort!) and the sandstone colored grout,... so at night, when I would look at it lit with a candle inside, I always have thoughts or memories of the desert, or in my case, Palm Springs!

Confidence in Green

A walk in a forest of old trees towering above and in front of you can make you feel secure, confident..even powerful! The green of a forest is a very calming thing to experience. This candle attempts to bring that to your living room.. or bedroom for sure! Confidence in every room!

Evergreen

Regal Purple, for Regal People

Royalty chose deep purple as the indicator of luxury, leadership and ambition. It stuck..as this candle, when lit at night ..and the day, for sure as you can see above, makes me feel like I have more money than I do..strange.

Even though there is a play on words or spelling at least...my homage to Prince will come through a later work!

Friendly Clocks and The Guys

This is what happens to the grout that is left over from finishing Cathedral Candle.

I try not to waste anything when I make these, so Guys, Clocks, and Sayings get born everyday! I suppose I could measure more accurately, but thats no fun...
