Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your order. If something’s not right, I’m here to help.

Returns

I currently accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order number is fine).

  • Please email me at mark@martsolfdesign.com before sending any items back, so I can issue return instructions.

Please note: Custom-made items (including custom Cathedral Candles and Sister Sets) are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right. Please contact me at mark@martsolfdesign.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item’s condition

Each case is handled personally, and I’ll do my best to find a solution you’re happy with.
