Processing Times
If you’ve ordered a custom Cathedral Candle, please allow 4 days for proper drying and construction. I aim to process all custom orders within 5–7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
If you’ve ordered one of the Sister Sets, please allow additional time, as each piece is handcrafted. I will notify you via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping

Local Delivery (West LA Only)
If you're located on the west side of Los Angeles, I offer free local delivery. I’ll contact you by text message using the number you provided at checkout to coordinate delivery once your order is ready.
International Shipping
Yes, I ship internationally! If you're unsure whether your country is included, email me at mark@martsolfdesign.com to confirm.

Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hoursfor tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact me at mark@martsolfdesign.com with your name and order number.
