“Blue Rain” is from the group that are the tallest candles I make, 12” x 4” ..and it uses several different shades of blue and clear crystal Stained-glass. Then I finish it with what they call an “arctic white” grout. I’d like to say that it was raining when I made this one… But it never seems to rain here anymore so I guess I was just dreaming.. and I like blue!!
